North Wales hotel sold to brewer
The Prince of Wales hotel in Caernarfon, North Wales, has been sold for nearly £250,000. The 21-bedroom hotel also has a 42-seat restaurant. Houston Securities sold the hotel to the local Snowdonia micro-brewery, who plans to introduce its real and guest ales into the hotel. Christie & Co was the agent.
