Norwegian Seafood Recipe Challenge
There is still time to enter this year's Norwegian Seafood Recipe Challenge and win a gastronomic trip to Norway.
The competition is organised by the Craft Guild of Chefs and is open to all professional chefs in the UK.
To enter, send an original recipe for a main course centred around Norwegian cod or haddock and incorporating Norwegian cold-water prawns.
