Norwegians buy Berkshire pub
The Wheatsheaf inn in Chilton Foliat, Bershire, has been sold for close to £69,000. The pub has a 32-seat main bar and 20-seat restaurant. The new owners are Norwegians Nils Andreas and Frances Boehn. They plan to convert three of the four owner's accomodation bedrooms in letting rooms, and serve a Scandanavian-style menu. Christie & Co was the agent.
