On the buses

To demonstrate that Hoegaarden can be served with a wide range of food, a bus called the Hoegaarden Motorised Gastro Graze (above) travelled round London to introduce journalists to how to match beers to food.

For example, Yo Sushi in Soho delivered trays of sushi and ginger accompanied by glasses of Hoegaarden.

According to the makers, Hoegaarden can be served with a wide range of food including fried, grilled and barbecued fish, smoked salmon and barbecued chicken.
