Patients get wider drink choice

The Gemini beverage system drinks trolley was developed in conjunction with hospital staff to address a basic ward service need: how to serve drinks made from loose soluble ingredients into both crockery and using disposable pre-filled cups.

The unit's hot water tank holds sufficient for 105 drinks in either type of vessel. Other features of the trolley include large storage areas for biscuits, snacks and meals and a large work top area for food and beverage preparation with lockable cup and storage areas with secure coin donation box. Directional castors and dual braking system aids manoeuvrability of the stainless steel trolley.

Various branded ingredients are available as part of the system including Kenco, Maxwell House, Knorr, Bovril and Suchard.
