Sally Watson has been appointed sales manager of the Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews. She was sales manager for Leading Hotels of the World.
Andrew Demetriou will be executive chef at Babe Ruth's, to open at the Swiss Centre in London next year. He was executive chef at London's Waldorf Hotel.
Michael Pickford and Louise Notman have joined the Stakis Tyneside hotel as deputy general manager and front office manager respectively. Notman held a similar position at the Hotel l'Horizon on Jersey. Pickford was food and beverage manager at the Stakis Dundee hotel.
George Mackay has become executive chef for the Golf View hotel and the Newton hotel in Nairn, and the Royal Golf hotel in Dornoch. All three belong to the Morton Hotels group.
