Christian Raselli and Didier Barbier have joined London's new Cy restaurant as joint head chefs. Barbier was head chef at the Eden Plage restaurant in the south of France. Raselli was consultant chef for the Café Flo restaurant chain.

Victoria Ruston has become assistant manager at York's Dean Court Hotel after spending a year as a management trainee with Forte Crest.
