Judges hotel at Kirklevington Hall in Cleveland has appointed David Trevor Jones executive head chef. He joins the three-star

hotel from the Carved Angel restaurant in Dartmouth, Devon, where he was head chef. ### Contract caterers Scolarest has made two new appointments. Nina Markham joins as sales director, after previously running her own consultancy business, Food 4 Profit. Teresa Dunmore is the new food development manager. She formerly worked as brand development manager at Baxter & Platts.

Staff dining specialist Missing Ingredients, part of the Crown Group, has taken on Lucia Rushton as general manager. Lucia
was previously managing director at London consulting company, the Restaurant Scene. ### Plus… *The* *Good Food Guide* has welcomed a new editor-in-chief, Andrew Turvil. He was formerly deputy managing editor of the guide.

Jules Beharell has taken on the role of head chef at the Wyboston Conference and Training Centre, Bedfordshire. Jules has worked at the centre for seven years, first as sous chef and then as chef de partie. SVB recruitment has welcomed two new recruits. Maxine Bishop joins as head of its restaurant division. She was previously a general manager for the Zizzi restaurant in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Matt Barrett joins as a partner to head up the bars division. He was previously an area manager for Yates's. Jo Morgan has been promoted from account director to divisional director at recruitment consultants Chess Partnership.
