A selection of new products on show at Hotelympia…

A souper time is had by all:

Other new speciality breads from Delice de France include the organic 250g Navette and 400g Pave loaves, as well as the 155g garlic bocata from Spain. Frozen and ready to bake, all you do is heat in the oven and serve.

Smaller products include a new oblong 100g multi-cereal bread topped with sesame seeds and a triangular rustic crushed wheat sandwich bread

Global tastes:

Tom Yum Het Fresh Thai soup is just one of the new range of fresh soups from Going Native, a new company at Hotelympia on stand SP8.

Also new are deli wraps such as Shahi Chicken, comprising chunks of chicken slow cooked in a white sauce of yoghurt, coriander and exotic spices wrapped in a thin pancake.

Organic buffet:

An organic showcase buffet is one of the highlights on show at the German Pavilion, stand 540. Master Chef Werner Seeberg has created an impressive buffet, using only organic food and drink to demonstrate the versatility of German organic food in menus.

No more smells:

Odour-free, grease-free kitchen ventilation becomes a practical proposition, according to Vent Master.

The company says its Reactovent system is not simply an improvement on current filtration methods but a whole new approach using ultra-violet Grease and odour destruction technology. This ultra violet technique uses "cold burning"- a passive process that involves no moving parts.

It's now available with any canopy in the Vent Master range, as well as Ecoloair Ecology Units and Cyclo Cell Ventilated Ceilings.

Turned on:

Traditional espresso coffee can be served quickly and easily by means of the new Carimali F11D Self coffee machine on the Autobar stand 748.

On the bed:

Making its debut at Hotelympia, on the Panaz stand 807, is the Panaz Polar Fleece, a flame retardant Trevira CS fleece fabric, which can be used for bedspreads and throws.

Eat my shorts:

Meet Bart Simpson on the Wall's stand 554. He will be making a guest appearance to launch a new ice cream - Bart Simpson ice cream on a stick

Olympic effort:

Mobile and temporary bars are growing in popularity. To cater for this, Olympic Catering has extended its range of stainless steel underbar systems. On show for the first time on stand G2651 is the new Bar Front and Services Support Bracket, which can be installed in both static and mobile bars.
