CLOVER can not only be used conventionally on bread products, but also for sauteing, shallow frying and baking.
It has a shelf life of ten weeks when stored at 0-4¼C and can be used from chilled. It can also be frozen for up to three months and is suitable for freeze thaw.
Available in four carton sizes, comprising 250g, 500g, 1kg and 2kg.
