Put visitors in the picture

The Deskfive access control/visitor management system uses optical character recognition and can capture photographs of visitors using a web-cam. Images can be stored as individual records and/or printed onto badges. A TSP800 thermal printer is used to print the badges and can also be used for scaled-down A4 reports. Alternatively, the system can output to a standard A4 printer and/or a plastic card printer.

A low-cost card system from DED based on a Star TCP2000 printer with integral card creator software produces membership and temporary visitor which can be rewritten up to 500 times
