Question-and-answer chef
RICHARD Shepherd (above), chef-restaurateur and president of the Academy of Culinary Arts, is the latest top industry name set to take part in the Chef Conference being held at the Millennium Gloucester hotel, London, on Monday 8 March in association with Lavazza.
Shepherd will conduct the question-and-answer session taking place on the morning of the conference.
