THE Grosvenor House on Park Lane claims London's largest single banqueting facility with functions of up to 1,500 in the Great Room.
A behind-the-scenes contribution is made by a three Elro Polysteam combi steamers, each of which is provided with special regeneration racking and trolley loading system.
Other features include a preprogramming facility with up to 200 settings, sous-vide/low temperature cooking facilities, climate control of steam and temperature between 120-150¼C and built-in technology to link with quality assurance software.
Other large banqueting users in London include the Royal Lancaster Hotel and the Inter-Continental.
