Raspberry in the middle
THE latest offering from La Maison des Sorbets on display at the WCB International stand, was a range of luxury fruit sorbets, ice creams and frozen hand-made desserts. These included an 11cm diameter Lemon Brulee Tartlet, an individual Chocolate, Coconut and Rum Parfait and a single portion Harlequin Parfait with raspberry sorbet in the middle.
Thomas Morel Foods also launched several new products on the stand - Salmon Paupiette with a Smoked Salmon Mousseline, Beef with a Pink and Green Peppercorn Sauce; Chicken Tikka Masal and Braised Knuckle of Lamb with Root Vegetables.
