Reduced wash-tanks cut energy need

DEVELOPED with the financial demands of the Climate Control Levy in mind, the Winterhalter 500 series of pass-through warewashers offers several energy saving features, notably a new deep-drawn hot-water tank design which has a surface area up to 60 per cent less than earlier models and 47.5 per cent reduction in water capacity.

These features help reduce wash water heat loss as well as cutting energy and water requirements per cycle through reduced wash water volume. Other energy-saving features include flush fitting heating elements and a waste vapour extract venting system
