Restaurant 2002 discusses survival tips

As the UK restaurant market faces heightened competition on the high street and economic uncertainty, Restaurant 2002 will be focussing on how to build and maintain a thriving restaurant business in the 21st century. The conference will take place on 24-25 October at the Bernard Shaw Park Plaza in London.

The two-day event is aimed at senior managers, investors, advisors and suppliers to the restaurant industry.

This year's speakers will include Bob Ivell from S&N Retail, Ian Neill from Wagamama, John Barnes from La Tasca, Cliff Burrows from Starbucks and Simon Kossoff from Carluccio's.

Tickets cost £595 per person for operators and £750 per person for suppliers. To book, call Caroline Holme on 020 8240 4479 or send an e-mail to restaurant2002@martin-info.com
