Ritz puts on Italian menu

Executive chefs from two top Italian hotels are bringing a taste of Italy to the Ritz restaurant in the Ritz hotel, London.

Dishes devised by Luciano Parolari from the Villa d'Este, Lake Como, and Attilio di Fabrizio of Villa San Michele, Fiesole, Florence, will replace the restaurant's three-course lunch, four-course dinner and Friday night four-course dinner dance from 31 January to 4 February, and from 28 February to 3 March.

Prices for the meals will range from £39 to £59. For reservations contact the Ritz restaurant on 020 7493 8181.
