Thai food - I had a Thai friend at college who used to cook "proper" Thai meals

Tinned anchovies. I fell ill once after eating tinned anchovies, and have never had them since
6. What flavour combinations do you detest?
Red pepper sorbet. A chef who used to work here made one once and every sorbet that was ordered soon returned to the kitchen. It was horrible.
7. Describe an eating out experience that turned into a nightmare
When I was younger I ate a pizza that was so appalling, uncooked and soggy that I walked out and refused to pay the bill, having not eaten it. I was stopped by the police and forced to pay
8. What is your favourite holiday destination?
Austria - skiing has to be top of my list

I'm a self-confessed movie junkie so it is impossible to decide on just one favourite
