Roberts leaves Butlers Wharf Chef School

John Roberts has resigned as director of Butlers Wharf Chef School in London, five-and-a-half years after he set it up. Roberts said his decision was dictated by the need to spend more time with his family in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. He will remain on the board of the school and will take up a new post as Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Derby University in September. One of his new tasks will be to set up a hotel school in Buxton in Derbyshire in affiliation with Butlers Wharf Chef School.
