A "triple combination" capability is offered on the Revent 626F rack oven from Scobie McIntosh.
Users can set the controls for a wide range of hot air, steaming, baking and combination settings and gain an extra degree of evenness from the continual rotation of racks inside the large, full-height interior.
The overhead rack lifting device is counterbalanced and lifts the rack slightly off the floor prior to rotation. Total oven height is 1800mm and the maximum tray size usable in the oven is 800 x 500mm (18 inches x 30 inches).
Price of full combination version is around £20,000 with a baking version at £16,000.
