Sandefeldt moves to Imperial Wharf

Swedish chef Christian Sandefeldt is on the move again, with a new fine-dining fish restaurant called Deep in Imperial Wharf, London. Sandefeldt said he planned to open the restaurant later this year.

The chef sold his London restaurant, Aquarium, in 2003 and moved to Jason's in west London. The new property is about 6,500sq ft with an average rental of £100,000. Shelley Sandzer acted for Sandefeldt.
