Sandwich & salad days
A range of new salads and sandwich fillings, under the St Ivel label, are the first branded products to be launched by Uniq's recently formed Foodservice Division.
The portfolio of nine St Ivel salads include Coleslaw, Potato Salad and Florida Salad. The salads are in 2kg tubs except the Carrot, Nut and Sultana salad, which is in 1.8kg tubs.
Other products include Cheese Coleslaw, Beetroot, Spicy Rice, Italian Rice and Pasta and Vegetables.
The new collection of St Ivel Sandwich Fillings include Cheese and Spring Onion, Tuna Mayonnaise, Egg Mayonnaise, Chicken Tikka, Coronation Chicken and Chicken Sweetcorn.
The fillings can also be used as toppings and served with jacket potatoes.
Both the salads and sandwich fillings are colour-coded for convenience, packaged in tamper-evident tubs with a shelf life of between 10 to 16 days.
