Ambrosia Chocolate sauce from Caterplan of Unilever Bestfoods can enhance a range of desserts from ice cream to fruit.

The sauce is made with full cream milk and makes an excellent topping, which can be served hot or cold.

Try mixing warm Ambrosia Chocolate Sauce with golden syrup and brown sugar to make a hot fudge sauce that is delicious with ice cream.

Try serving three scoops of vanilla ice cream with Ambrosia Chocolate Sauce, Ambrosia William Pear and Ambrosia Fruit Coulis.

The sauce is ready to use and can be heated in the microwave. It is freeze thaw stable and can be kept in the freezer.
