Self-contained draught dispenser

FOR bars at outside events and other short-term applications, the new Lotus overcounter dispensing system offers a compact and low-cost way of serving chilled draught drinks irrespective of space and skill limitations and other constraints of one-off functions.

The unit dispenses beer, wine or pre-mixed drinks from appropriately sited storage and takes the form of a 1/5 hp refrigeration compressor in a 390mm wide x 550mm wide x 595mm high insulated case with dispense taps.

The unit is compact enough to sit on available counter space either on the front or rear bar. Price for a twin outlet unit without taps is around £270, or £320 complete with taps. With a flow rate of 50cc/sec, the unit is claimed to be almost twice as efficient as a standard flash cooler
