The Seven Stars pub in Thornton Hough, Wirral, has been sold for close to £79,500. The pub is held on a 20-year Whitbread Pub Partnership lease from July 1992. The price includes three-bedroom owner's accommodation. Staff member Christina Rowlands has bought the pub from previous owners Gwyn and Christine Davies. Christie & Co was the agent.
