Shellfish giants

Better known for its supply of shellfish to the retail market, the Seafood Company is now targeting the food service market with a range of crab and lobster starters and mains. Topping the list is the hot bake lobster - half a lobster shell filled with Canadian lobster meat and a cheese and leek sauce, topped with a parsley and Cheddar crumb, weighing 85g excluding the shell. Other products include hot bake crab (using locally caught Cromer crab), crayfish and lobster tartlet, and crab tart. All come frozen in packs of 20 and can be cooked in less than 15 minutes.
