Shoeless Joe's set for Manchester development
The sixth Shoeless Joe's bar and the first in a planned chain of authentic Persian restaurants called PerSia are to open at the £100m Great Northern Warehouse retail and leisure complex being developed in Manchester by Morrison Merlin.
The Shoeless Joe's bar, restaurant, and club will be the group's first outside London and its biggest, covering an area of 15,000sq m. It is expected to open in the summer
PerSia, which will start trading in March, is the latest offering from Nader Haghighi's Parisa Group, which currently runs 17 Café Parisa outlets across the country. Its 706sq m pilot site in Manchester will include theatre-style cooking from an open kitchen and live entertainment through the week.
