The Strathbeg House Hotel at St Fergus, Aberdeenshire, has changed hands for more than £285,000. The new owners, Lubos Barta and Blanka Bartova have moved from Hampshire to take over the eight-bedroom property, which is popular among shooting parties. The main restaurant seats 26 and there is another non-smoking section for 16, while two function rooms can hold up to 80 and 100, respectively. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
