The Chelsea Clip is a simple device designed by two Metropolitan Police officers to cut down on handbag thefts in restaurants, pubs, clubs and hotel bars. It's a hook made from unbreakable plastic that attaches under the edge of tables and on bars to hold handbags or briefcases securely.
