Turkey Stincotto is a whole turkey leg slow-cooked with Italian herbs to give a soft texture. The leg is then packed into an airtight bag to have an ambient shelf life of 18 months. It is the third Stincotto from IB Foods, the other two being pork and lamb. After removal from the packaging the Stincotto will microwave up to serving temperature.
