Built into the new ASGW25 glasswasher from Hobart is a fully automatic, intelligent water-softening system. This is said to analyse the incoming water supply and adjust the water softener accordingly, to optimise the quality of the wash and rinse water. Hobart claims that this ensures sparkling glasses with every wash, and that it also eliminates the need to run renovating chemicals through the machine, since there's no chemical build-up on the glasses. An angled rack design is claimed to reduce water residue, and the machine will clean as many as 750 glasses per hour.
