As well as 4 x 2/3, 6, 10, 20 and 40 1/1 Gastronorm sizes, Hobart combi-steamers GN can be obtained in a Tower Plus version, combining combi with the 304T high speed steamer, and in Pass-through versions which permit separation between production and front-of-house processes
