Stays soft for good measure

"Stays Soft" brown sugar from Silver Spoon can be used to make an array of Christmas recipes such as Baked American Cheesecake, Lemon Syllabub and Rhubarb and Cointreau Fool.
"Stays Soft" sugar has been formulated to eradicate the problem of the sugar forming a solid mass once opened, so you can use as little or much sugar as required rather than having to chip away at a block.
The "Stays Soft" formula is available through the brown sugar range including Demerara, Light Brown and Dark Brown in 3kg bags.
