Café du Monde has moved beyond its core business into tea, with the launch of an infuser teapot which uses leaf tea rather than tea bags. The teapot is in stainless steel and comes with a service trivet and an assurance that it will not drip profusely when being poured. Tea varieties are Assam, Darjeeling, English Breakfast and Earl Grey and they come in 250g foil-wrapped packs suitable for one teapot serving.
