Delice de France has launched its new Couronne loaf, prepared in a stone oven.
This rustic-style part-baked 400g loaf has a thick crust and flour-dusted finish.
It only takes 12 minutes to finish off in the oven and can be served in bread baskets, for takeaways and deli-style operations.
With 15 units to the case, the price per loaf is about 95p.
