Raspberry and cream cheese, chocolate cream, and peach and strawberry are three new gÁ¢teaux from SchÁ¶ller Ice Cream. The raspberry and cream cheese and chocolate cream varieties both have a shortcrust pastry base and contain layers of sponge filled with cream cheese or light and dark chocolate. The peach and strawberry gÁ¢teau is dome-shaped, with peach-filled sponge and a strawberry topping. Each one weighs 2kg and will produce 16-20 individual servings.
