Crema Catalana, the traditional dessert from Northern Spain, can be created quickly and easily.
iB Food's latest addition to its dessert range only requires adding milk and cream to the fine powder mix. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the fridge, then add sugar, caramelise and it's ready to serve.
