The dining set takes up with Holmes place
Middlesex-based contract caterer The Dining Set is anticipating an annual turnover of up to £750,000 from a partnership with health and fitness club operator Holmes Place.
The contractor is developing a 150-seater restaurant, bar-brasserie and pâtisserie in the ground floor of a prestigious office block in Hammersmith, west London.
According to The Dining Set's managing director, Martin Holder, the company will be catering for up to 3,000 members of the Holmes Place leisure club which has been developed alongside the restaurants, as well as for the 1,000 employees who work in the building. Companies based there include Wimpey, NBC, General Electric and Office Angels.
Until now, catering at the office block was provided by rival contractor Pall Mall. The staff restaurant closed two weeks ago and The Dining Set expects the revamped operation to reopen in the early autumn.
