The Fleet Inn sold

The Fleet Inn in Twyning, Gloucestershire, has been sold for close to £365,000. The 15th century Inn, which had a turnover of £1m last year, operates on a 20-year Whitbread Pub Partnership lease and has 14 years left. New owner Jack Pitcher has recently moved home from the Middle East and this is his first venture into hospitality. Bettesworths was the agent.
