A new range of Japanese knives for chefs has been launched by NipponKitchen. Called Tojiro Pro, the knives have the familiar all-steel handle of Japanese knives, and the standard range comes in blade lengths from 12cm to 21cm.
There are also specialist sushi knives featuring a single-bevel blade included in the range.
