Theatre of rotisserie

With UK launch expected at the end of this month, the Multisserie is set to radically reshape the look and application of combi-steamers, adding the "theatre" of rotisserie to the benefits of multiple-mode cooking. Glass on three sides gives panoramic visibility of the cooking process while angled cooking platforms inside the cavity rotate, rotisserie-style, on a central vertical column to ensure even cooking.

Access to the cooking chamber is via three double glazed doors, with halogen lighting further boosting visual impact. The triple door configuration also provides a pass-through function to enable raw and cooked product to be kept entirely separate.

Up to 56-84 chickens, depending on size, can be cooked in 35 - 40 minutes. The oven has an electrical rating of 19.7kW and cooks food using convected air, steam injection or combinations of the two. Cook cycles are controlled by an Intelligent Process Controller which automatically calculates the best time/temperature/mode and removes any need for staff to adjust programmes to suit the temperature of the food being loaded. Manual mode is also available.
