While best-known on pressure fryers, the Henny Penny badge can also now be found a wide range of combi-steamers. BCS6 and BCS10 electric versions provide 6 and to 10 pan loading capacity with basic controls for cooking, time and temperature selection while MCS6 and MCS10 models also include a specific food temperature probe and a programmable nine, three-step cooking programme.
The range also extends to LCS6 and LCS10 ovens with ClimaPlus technology automatically monitoring and maintaining the desired amount of humidity within the cooking cabinet. Ovens are programmable for up to 99, nine-step cooking programmes and incorporate IQT Sensor five-point probes.
