Top chefs at Restaurant Show 2003

Some of Britain's leading chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers and general managers will be converging on London's Olympia later this month to attend the Restaurant Show.

The event runs from 15 to 17 September and will be opened by Jean-Christophe Novelli on the first day, Brian Turner on the second and Giorgio Locatelli on the third and final day.

Other London-based chefs scheduled to take part in seminars and demonstrations include Atul Kochhar of newly opened Benares, this year's Catey Newcomer of the Year winner Peter Gordon of the Providores, and the current Craft Guild of Chefs' Knorr National Chef of the Year, Mark Sargeant, of Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's.

Visitors to the show, who will be able to pick up a free copy of Caterer, can sample food and drink and experience some of the latest products and technology. There will also be specialist pavilions showcasing UK suppliers and produce.
