Grimsby-based seafood manufacturer Exciting Foods is launching a range of main-course fish dishes including smoked salmon tournedos. Aimed at the pub and hotel markets, the dish consists of smoked salmon wrapped around a fresh salmon, cream and spinach mousse. The 125g portion can be microwaved or heated in the oven from frozen.
