Triple win for Catermasters

Catermasters, the Leamington Spa-based contractor, has clinched three new deals, adding about £700,000 to its annual turnover.

In a four-way pitch against Gardner Merchant, Brian Smith Catering Services and Bromwich Catering, the Warwickshire company won a five-year staff-feeding contract at the new headquarters of food manufacturer McCormick UK in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.

It has also scooped an annual rolling contract with UK Truck Stops, a motorway service area in Birmingham used by lorry drivers, and another at the manufacturing plant of Delphi Interior Lighting Systems in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

The wins bring the company's number of contracts to 19, mainly in the Warwickshire and Thames Valley areas, and its annual turnover to £2.5m. The company was started in 1989 by Richard Moody and Nigel Johnson.
