Bernard Matthews's latest breaded turkey product is Turkey Escalope, which has the appearance of a classic wiener schnitzel. The meat is cut from whole turkey breast and uses a very fine breadcrumb, as would be used on a wiener schnitzel. Each escalope weighs 130-155g and they come 20 to the case.
