Vegetarian treat

Brake Bros has introduced a range of vegetarian meals. The new range includes:

Louisiana Vegetable Roast with Mango and Lime sauce - a combination of sautéed carrots, courgettes, mushrooms and red peppers, blended with oatmeal and cous cous flavoured with aromatic spices.

Each meal comes with a portion of fruity mango and lime sauce. It is available in packs of eight and is priced at £20.40.

Mushroom and Ale Crown - a rich real ale jus filled with mushrooms and chestnuts sautéed with red onions and leeks in a light puff pastry topped with mustard seeds. It takes 20 minutes to oven-cook from frozen.

Each meal is available in packs of eight and is priced at £18.75.

The range is free of GM ingredients.
