Veggies in a vacuum

The Sorriso collection of vacuum cooked Mediterranean vegetables from L'Aquila provides Mediterranean produce without the hassle of preparation. There is no wastage as the vegetables have been cut and trimmed and offer a 60-day life from the date of production if stored at 2 to 6C.

There are three varieties: Grilled peppers, aubergines, courgettes, onions, chicory and carrots.

Steamed broccoli, cima di rape (turnip tops), cauliflower, French beans, artichoke, corn on the cob, fennel, leeks, carrots or Brussels sprouts.

Pureed pepper, carrot, artichoke, asparagus, brocoli, cauliflower, bean or pumpkin. Available in packs from 1kg to 4kg.
