New from Anglia UK Foodservice is a new range of oils:
Anglia Maxi, is a liquid long-life vegetable oil which can be used for deep frying, roasting, shallow frying and stir frying. Available in 15 litre BIB.
Anglia Long Life, is a deep frying vegetable oil for heavy duty deep frying. Available in 15 litre BUB or TUB. Anglia 2 in 1, a multi purpose vegetable oil, is for extended life frying and salad oil applications. It can be used for stir frying, dressings, deep frying and shallow frying. Available in five litre (4 x 5 litre) bottle, 15 litre BIB and 20 litre TIN.
Buttachef, a butter flavoured vegetable oil, can be used for roasting, baking, stir fries, glazing and shallow frying. It will not burn, spatter or discolour pans in normal use.
Available in four litre bottle (3 x 4 litre).
Palm, is a palm oil for deep frying applications, available in 12.5kg pack.
Under the Collection Prestige brand, the company offers a wide selection of speciality oils such as Toasted Sesame, and Walnut Oil, in a range of sizes from 250ml to five litres.
