Established for over 20 years as a leading manufacturer of water boilers, Marco-TSE now has two ranges of atmospheric water boilers with a price tag to suit every budget. The newly redesigned Aquarius range, which starts at just £344 for the Aquarius 15, is rapidly becoming the UK benchmark for atmospheric water boilers, whilst Marco's EZT range is built to a high specification for many years of trouble-free service.

Both ranges are intelligently designed for ease of use and service access. Each is equipped with AquaIsolate and EzDscale design features, patented by Marco-TSE itself and so found only on Marco boilers. AquaIsolate positively separates the water boiler compartment from the electrics/electronics, giving unmatched reliability. EzDscale allows the equipment to be easily accessed from the top for descaling, without the need for any tools.

The original Aquarius (now the new Aquarius 15), pictured below, has always represented outstanding value-for-money. The range has now been expanded and completely redesigned in contrasting stainless steel with a blue moulded infill. The immediate draw-off capacity of the Aquarius 15 has been increased its from 8.5 to 11.4 litres and it is now joined in the range by three new models, the 30, 45S and 45T - each representing equally good value. Like the 15, the Aquarius 30 is a 3kW machine but, additionally, is also available with a 6kW loading. It offers an enhanced immediate draw-off capability of 17 litres. The Aquarius 45 models each have 6kW elements and an immediate draw-off capability of 26 litres. They are available with the option of single tap or twin taps for increased operational speed.

The EZT range is equipped with advanced electronics and built with a stainless steel cabinet and a high quality 316 gauge stainless steel boiling chamber. The EZT 400 & 700 are counter-top models, see top right, boasting hourly outputs up to 52 litres and an immediate draw-off of up to 17 litres.

For outlets where counter space is at a premium, Marco produces two wall-mounted models, the EZT 105 and 110. Each works from a standard 13amp power source and delivers up to 26 litres per hour with an immediate draw-off up to 10 litres. Both are made from the same high standard materials as the counter-top models.

An all-new and extended range of manual fill water boilers under the TSE brand name came onto the market in March. There are now five models in the range, with caterers being offered a choice of 5, 10, 20, 27 or 35 litre capacities, each made with an aesthetically pleasing, easy clean, bright polished stainless steel body.

The stylish, rounded lines and polished finish makes the new boilers stand out. The body is fully seam welded, unlike some models on the market, creating a leak-proof seam. Each is thermostatically controlled and equipped with a twin action, non-drip tap, which is positioned high enough for easy filling of teapots and cafetiŠres, as well as cups. At the heart of the boiler is a modern, flush fitting heating element situated in the base of the machine.

For safety, all models are fitted with boil dry/auto reset protection. This means that, if left unattended, the element cannot be damaged. A recessed insulated handle is fitted to the pressed lid and "Power on" and "Water ready" lights are fitted as standard, with a "Maximum" water level indicator pressed into the metal body.

Entry level is the 5-litre model, which has a list price of £115 + VAT.
